The HINOKIYA Group emphasizes diversity and actively engages in the development and utilization of global human resources. In March 2016, the HINOKIYA Group established Hinokiya Vietnam, a local corporation based in Hanoi. Hinokiya Vietnam, which employs a group of approx. 50 local staff members, engages in the production of presentation materials on housing with the use of CAD.
In July 2016, in order to handle estimation operations pertaining to building insulation, Nippon Aqua established Aquafoam Asia Associates in the City of Davao, the Philippines. In addition to expanding its overseas bases of operation in this fashion, Nippon Aqua is inviting technical interns from the Philippines to Japan to develop them into engineers who perform heat insulation work.
